Gyms and fitness classes are typically full this time of year. Many of us use this time of year to start fresh and new and create our long list of resolutions that we usually conveniently forget come February which makes us feel like failures. Instead of resolutions, simply take it day by day and enjoy the journey. Be a little kinder to yourself and understand that small goals are not only more achievable but more attainable. Working on our self esteem requires success and moments of achievement. That’s easier when we get rid of some of the pressure. Happy New Year to all of our members!
