Grilled Lemon Chicken with Bulgur Wheat Salad

the barbecue lid is closed as much as possible while cooking, and turn the
breasts over only once. Remove chicken from the grill, cover with aluminum foil and set aside to
rest for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk the dressing ingredients together. Use a sharp knife to cut the chicken into slices. Drizzle the dressing over
the chicken and serve immediately.
- Preheat Grill to 450°F (220°C)
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ tsp dried oregano

- ¼ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
