On July 8 & 9 KEFI Fit™ participated in the LaSalle Greek Festival, located at the beautiful Park Des Rapids. They had traditional folkloric cultural dances performed by some of Montreal’s local dance groups, delicious authentic Greek food, amazing live performances by our local Greek bands and DJ Absolute Disco Montreal who entertained us all weekend. KEFI Fit™ proudly showcased a sample of our local based fitness program which celebrates life! We are thankful and honoured to be a part of such a vibrant community. Our KEFI Team volunteered in the Loukoumades Tent, rolled up our sleeves and put our frappe and serving skills to the test! Thank you to all of volunteers, community members, organizers and the President (Mr. Kosta) who made us feel at home! A community based event that we’re thrilled to have been a part of. We look forward to starting up classes in the fall and welcoming LaSalle to our growing family!
