Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chickpeas washed and drained
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil the good kind!
  • A few splashes white balsamic or white wine vinegar adjust to your taste preference
  • 4 springs green onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup Greek feta crumbled
  • salt / pepper / oregano
